HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND THANK YOU THANK YOU

Just dropping you all a little note at this end of the year Holidaytime...from the bottom of my heart I
want to thank you all for your support and encouragement with this blog.  Food and information
are useless if they are not shared and writing this blog is the best way I can think of to get into
your homes without physically being there.  Your readership has given me the opportunity to
get picked up by a publisher and sometime before next Summer I'll have my first book out.
I will definitely keep you posted on the progress.
I hope my blog gives the timid shy cook, or the cook needing a little extra confidence in the
kitchen that even if it's a failure, and even if you didn't go to CIA or Culinary School, or worked or
have even eaten in the world's top places, you can try.  You can create.  And creating something
out of raw ingredients, many times with a cool story and history behind it is just the best thing
to do for your family and friends, and for yourself.
So, off I go to the fish market to pick up Fresh Cod, and Fresh Calamari for more of tonight's
Christmas Eve delights.  Enjoy your end of the year celebrations, whatever they may be and from
my family to yours, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
