From the earliest age I can remember, the sights, smells, and preparation of food were the most amazing things I could imagine. As an adult, when I was able to pair it up with traveling, the
experience was even better. I trained at the heels of my mom, and all of my grandparents. The grandparents were all born in Southern Italy, and brought to this country their love of family, well
prepared food, and traditions which we still celebrate today. I have been a Salestrader on Wall Street for almost 29 years and this career has given me the opportunity to sample the cities, towns,
cultures and foods of the regional United States. Our family has traveled extensively throughout the world: Central America, the Caribbean, Much of Europe, Africa, China, Fiji, Tahiti and BoraBora,
Australia, Samoa, New Zealand, all over Canada...For a period of time in the 90's I was the Chef-Proprietor of an off-premise catering company at the Jersey Shore. My passion is making people smile,
teaching, sharing, and learning how to produce the foods of this world and re-create them on your table. My wife of 27 years, and my two children don't ever get tired of my preparing meals for them.
